Divorce is tough to go through. There are a lot of emotions flying around during divorce. You mom probably didn’t want to hear you tell anything about her behavior. I’ll bet you don’t want to hear anything about your behavior. You mom is going through a tough time and needs you support. You are going to have to talk to her and let her know that you are there for her. And this doesn’t mean taking sides between parents. Don’t dare take sides. It just makes things worse. As far as your believing that seeing a shrink is a waste of time, it isn’t. But you don’t have to see a shrink to talk to someone. A wise friend can help a lot. Changing the perspective within your imagination is the key to this matter. Take the position of a kind and loving and respectful person. Make contact with your higher self. Connect with the indwelling God. There is a tremendous amount of strength to be found when we connect with our indwelling God. You are a powerful, spiritual, divine being. Claim it. Realize it. Anything less that you believe is an illusion, a lie, a projection of your own doubts and fears. My best advice is to realize that there are mind philosophies like New Thought and Emotional Intelligence that can teach you how to deal with everything in life and teach you how to grow into your true potential. And your potential is very high. It just takes study and determination. You have a choice: you can begin your study of healthy mindedness and learn this stuff or you can let life happen to you. It’s better if you can make life happen BY you. So there is my advice. Take it or leave it. This website is dedicated to providing you with all the mind technologies there are to begin your study of healthy mindedness.
