I don't know whether she is having sex, but if I were you, I would be having a talk with her. Set a mood that she will be as comfortable as possible to talk about this with you. It is important that she starts getting educated about sex and its consequences. Statistically, the younger that a girl begins sex, the more heart ache and grief she experiences with it, let alone the risk of disease.
