Dear Doc: I feel like my life is on a downward spiral, personally, financially, work related and spiritually. I feel that no matter how hard I try, I can't seem to get a grip and stop the spiral down. I did start making amends with those I've hurt or abandoned. I have started praying. Is there anything else I should do?
