Praying hasn't helped me with anything... But staying busy has helped. It's taken my mind off all the problems at home, and should help with your problem. Hormones are a bugger, but it will pass eventually. Until then, join a marching band, drama club, crew, colorguard... (Things I enjoy.) Hope this helps. J
