I saw a therapist today who I will be seeing once a week. She is scheduling an appointment with a psychiatrist ASAP. She has given me the number and address for the local Crisis Center which I can call or just drop in, whatever the case may be. She believes all of this will help, but, I still may need hospitalization. Thank-you and I will keep in touch.
