I am happy to learn that you are seeking help. I cannot stress enough, the importance of focusing on what you dare to imagine. We feel lik ethe stuff we run through our imagination. So, take a break and thnk on Phil. 3:8, "...whatsoever things are true whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things."
