Th efirst thing that comes to my mind is: what about the rapist? Is he free to do this again to someone else? And what about the fears and pain that this has caused you? Have you delt with these issues? Professional counseling is most likely in order. You need help in processing this. The fact that you have not talked about thiswith your parents shows that you have not processed this fully and to your best interest. Take the chance and discuss this with your parents. Please.
